Curly Fern 2
During the spring of 2021, I was commissioned to transform a gray wall into a colorful sculpture visible from Remi and Vera's garden.
Something you can keep looking at for hours and keep discovering new forms. The work is based on the curly fern, a graceful native plant that can also refer to the tentacles of a sea monster.
The plant grabs the car as a kind of 'takeover of nature'. This created an abstracted image of nature in pastel colors.
